We collaborate with you to create your Bespoke piece in three simple steps, ensuring a fun, streamlined, and straightforward process.
STEP 1:
Initial Consultation
During the initial consultation, our founder, Shahina Hatta, will educate you on the qualities that determine the value and unique beauty of the diamonds and precious gemstones you are interested in developing into a piece of custom jewelry. We want to ensure that you have a thorough understanding of what you are potentially purchasing so that you make an informed decision. We work with a comprehensive network of diamond and gemstone wholesalers to bring you a curated selection of precious stones from mine to market. We advocate for you, providing you with the best possible options taking into account your budget and stone specifications.
STEP 2:
Design Consultation
Once you have selected the primary stone or stones, we work closely with you, either virtually or physically, to custom design your unique piece of jewelry. Unlike most jewelers that use bulk-made factory settings, each Bespoke piece is completely hand-crafted by master bench-jewelers, taking into account the one-of-a-kind gemstone's measurements, shape, and unique characteristics, as well as the wearer's personal style to highlight the innate beauty of the stone.
STEP 3:
Production and Shipping
Our production lead time is generally 4-6 weeks to ensure that our master bench-jewelers have adequate time to craft, set, and polish your Bespoke piece with precision. We aim to please. During the production process, our concierge team will share photo and video updates with you, working with you to execute any minor changes and finalize any last minute details such as an engraving or other sentimental touches. Finally, your finished Bespoke piece will be delivered to you, safe and fully insured, in one of our beautiful Bespoke Fine Jewelry boxes to be cherished for generations.
